If your use of the Services requires you to comply with industry-specific regulations applicable to such use, you will be solely responsible for such compliance. You may not use the Services in a way that would subject us to those industry-specific regulations without obtaining our prior written agreement. For example, you may not use the Services to collect, protect, or otherwise handle “protected health information” (as defined in 45 C.F.R. §160.103 under United States federal regulations) without entering into a separate business associate agreement with us that permits you to do so.
You’re responsible for keeping your user name and password confidential. You’ll immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your accounts. We’re not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. We don’t have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only provide you with instructions on how to reset your password.
You are purchasing a plan that can be billed annually or monthly. For more information on pricing, go to https://www.contentware.com/pricing.
To sign up for the Service, you must provide us with a valid credit card. You agree to pay all charges and authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon your purchase, and for future services. When you sign up, your account will be charged all applicable fees for the new billing period after any trial periods have ended.
You are signing up for a monthly or an annual plan that will renew automatically at the end of each term (monthly or annual). We will automatically bill you on the renewal date unless you cancel. You must cancel the Service before it renews in order to avoid billing for the next term. The Service will continue unless and until you cancel your plan or we terminate it. You may cancel the Services by contacting email@example.com. No refunds will be provided for any reason.
We reserve the right to increase pricing at our sole discretion, as long as customers are provided with reasonable notice. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Service.
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make it available – to create promotions for virtual and physical events. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically approved by us.
You agree not to:
The Service may contain (or you may be sent via the Service) links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”) as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third-Party Content”). Such Third-Party Websites and Third Party Content are not investigated and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Service or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Service. You agree to hold us harmless from any losses sustained by you or harm caused to you related to Third-Party Content or any contact with Third-Party Websites.
As part of the Service, you may link your Contentware account to one or multiple social media and/or email platforms. You represent and warrant that you are entitled to disclose your social media and/or email platform account login information to us and/or grant us access to your account.
If you access any of these social media and/or email platforms, you do so at your own risk. You are granting us and them permission to access or otherwise process your data. Your relationship with the social media and/or email platform is an agreement between you and them. We are not responsible for the social media or email platform and not liable for losses or damages resulting from your use of them.
Depending on the social media and/or email platforms you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in those accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your social media and/or email platforms may be available on and through your account on the Service.
If a social media or email platform or associated service becomes unavailable or our access to such social media or email platform is terminated or unreasonably withheld, then we will discontinue supporting some or all of the features of the social media or email platform. You will have the ability to disable the connection between your account on the Service and your social media and email platform at any time.
